Addictions that seem harmless but take most of our precious time.

Some silly addictions that I know:
  • Our obsession with our phones, checking our pockets all of the time and the sense of phantom vibration.

  • Making your kids watch TV has become a punishment to take away their iphones.

  • Getting your latte in order to function in the world. And it needs to be a pumpkin spice latte.

  • Millions tabs open in the browser, never closing them. Or closing all of tabs and re-opening them after 2 seconds.

  • Taking your phone to restroom.

Addictions that do not have any harm to your health but that take your precious time. Even if it doesn't seem to be an addiction, dreaming at nights before you fall asleep is one of them for many people.

Some people go to bed earlier than usual so that they can dream much more before sleeping.

Because many people must sleep early in order to wake up at the right time without feeling the desire to continue sleeping or feeling fatigue, they just go to bed one hour earlier and begin dreaming.

There is no such thing as soft addictions. Addictions lock up your soul.Your soul will no longer be free and losing freedom of the soul is too far away from being considered as soft. There is no such thing as soft whoring or thievery or soft rape.

You're either free or you're not
